Hi! My name is Lia, your Fitness professional. I´m a certified personal and group trainer. Since 2012, I have been helping clients from Moscow to look and feel great, to be confident, and strong. I Love to find the best fitness options for a client’s unique needs and Believe that when you FEEL GOOD, you excel in life.

My Goal is to help you achieve a well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues. For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It’s about stretching, warming up, eating healthily, and getting necessary rest and enough sleep.

I hope my vast experience and holistic approach to healthy living will inspire you to participate in this fitness trainings. From HIIT to plyometrics, Barre and Pilates, Fitness ON the water – mixing in different workouts and training methods rather than focusing on just one type of workout o surface like AquaMats or PaddleBoards.
