Balance in the water

The union of paddle surfing with fitness is known as SUP, which means stand-up-paddle (standing on the board) and consists of performing different postures on it (include Yoga, Pilates and Functional training). The goal is to perform the position correctly and maintain balance. Although it does not require the same intensity. It is as effective as it puts all the muscles to work, especially abs, legs, arms, back. In addition, it preserves the fundamentals of Pilates, which have to do with concentration, relaxation and breathing. Its benefits include posture correction, increased flexibility, and improved body stability.

SUP FITNESS

Stand Up Paddle boarding can burn as many calories as running, with less impact on the joints & tones every muscle. This class promotes balance, strength and endurance and is one of the best workouts for developing core strength and overall fitness.

SUP YOGA

Yoga practice on a stand-up paddle board brings a whole new perspective to being fully present in the moment. Asanas (yoga postures) create a new challenge while floating, requiring full awareness, acceptance of mother nature’s mood and of course a sense of humor!

SUP PILATES

This class offers total body conditioning and balance training on the water, which adds intensity to every movement. Using paddleboard as a Pilates mat, you will experience a session of strengthening and toning amongst the beauty of any beach.
