Reservations with Cabolectric

Floating fitness training program with Aquaglide mats – Get balance between your body, mind and floating mat.

A 60min class will begin and end with the signature warm up and cool down.

Will incorporate functional movements on the floating surface – Aquaglide mats.

Will improve balance, agility and strength in the body. No previous experience necessary.

All fitness levels are welcome.

SUNRISE / SUNSET Flow on the water

Group classes 8-9am/5-6pm, Sundays

Floating-fitness2The signature Sunrise/Sunset flow consists of Yoga and Pilates sequences. On the water will fosters muscle relaxation, due to the water wave motion. This program will be flowing into body strengthening and balance postures. The focus of the training is having FUN while using core stability to improve the overall functioning of the body and build a stronger more balanced physique.

The class culminates to blissful relaxation on the floating mat, leaving you feeling happy and free.

FLOATING GENTLE SESSION (upon request) Floating-fitness3

Take a moment for yourself to relax, unwind and decompress.  Move at a gentle pace as you balance the mind & body. This class will take you through a series of stretches to help you elongate and release tension. A routine may improve muscle tension, reduce pain, and boost mood. Stretch to relax on floating surface as you watch the ocean and take in the soft breeze, the perfect supplement to any workout.

FLOATING SCULPT SESSION (upon request)

Floatin-fitness4Includes interval-based training, body weight exercises and cardio drills to get your heart rate up and build strength. Activating the neuromuscular and cardiopulmonary systems. This class is based on Metabolic conditioning training and guaranteed to burn fat and sculpt every muscle with core exercises to get you a killer surfer’s body.

Floating CLASSSIC sessions (pilates, Yoga upon request)

PILATES on the water – Pilates on the water fosters muscle relaxation, due to the water wave motion. This program aims at improving body strength while correcting the posture.

YOGA on the water – The tradition of a thousand-year old discipline meets a brand-new tool. All the deepest muscles are activated, amplifying the benefits of the typical yoga positions.

Also offering special customized Floating mats events to your private group in your on-water location (a yate / villa) or our on-water studio — perfect for retreats, group vacations, wedding parties, corporate team builders, bachelorette parties, and ladies’ night out. We look forward to hosting your event on water!
