AQUA H.E.A.T.

Water provides between 4% and 42% more resistance than air due to the water’s viscosity, which creates resistance in all directions of movement and provides a cardiovascular overload that is perfect for your High Energy Aquatic Training (H.E.A.T.) workouts.

AQUA STRONG

Increase strength and power utilizing the resistance of the water, and specialized water equipment: dumbbells, disks & jogging shoes. Class in shallow water.

AQUA COMBO

This class hit it all: weights, cardio, and resistance for a total body workout. Participants can work at their own pace. Instructor will give modifications. This low impact class targets the upper and lower body. Perfect for all ages.
